Owner Jerry Zachman has over thirty-four years experience in the construction industry. Jerry has been working with, and for, homeowners, like yourselves, and the insurance companies in performing insurance claim repairs for:

Zac Inc. will handle all your construction needs, whether it’s specializing in insurance claims, remodeling, and/or home improvements, large and small,
We also believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We have been a member of the Better Business Bureau since our inception, a member of our local Chamber of Commerce. We also sponsor and support various F.Y.C.C. (Family Youth Community Connections) events along with school and youth groups in our area. Jerry has also had the honor of being Mayor for the city of St.Michael for three terms.
